I’ve coached 100s of business owners and leaders to transform their organisations and teams into something greater than just revenue, to find joy in what they do and liberate time for the things that matter most in their lives.

All this was achieved by transforming their organisations into a space where you really would want to be working: where employees feel good and are able to work affectively, where a business fulfils its purpose in society, creating a lively exchange between the organisation and the outside world.

With this approach, you look at the business with a calm eye and an open heart and mind. You look not at the details, but at the whole. You explore the part in the whole, and the whole in the part, aiming to unlock the potential and performance of both. Just imagine what’s it like to look at your business not through a telescope but without it, when you see the whole picture. What wants to be seen? What am I missing? What have we, as a company, forgotten? What wasn’t said here?
